This is the first Dark Parables game I ever played and it remains my absolute favourite years later. The story and graphics are so strong, and the idea of the red riding hood sisters is amazing! I wish later games were as good as this one.

My favorite mystery/puzzle game so far!

Great effort, but for this to be a 1.2GB sized app, the video quality should be a lot less blurry than it is.. I gave up playing because the quality of the cut scenes stinked! Oh, fyi, im running the current latest iOS version, and its on the iPhone 6+, so dont even try to say its my device or something im not doing right.. Take responsibility for your own app. (Also, customer service is very poor).. Not what you would expect for a 1.25GB app game that cost over $7..

This is definitely one of the best adventure/point-click games I have played! My favorite aspect is that the searches actually create something instead of you searching for random junk that has no purpose to the story. The amazing storyline and backstory is just a bonus to an already fabulous game. My only complaint is that finding certain puzzles can be challenging because you basically have to click on EVERYTHING or you could miss something important. That can slightly annoying, but is easily overlooked. Overall, amazing game!

I got this app from Apps Gone Free... Im not sure I would have bought it otherwise. It was fun, interesting, but the quality was somewhat blurry. It was fun while it lasted, but I wish it were longer.

This game, like everything else about Big Fish, is a bunch of crap. I downloaded through apps gone free, but they bombard me with advertising for more Big Fish crap. I cleared enough space to download the whopping 1.25gb terd of a game only for it to stop loading after the first chapter. I made it up to the tree village and all it does is lock me into an ad with no way of continuing. Go F* yourselves Big Fish.

Cheesy story but great animations. Items his very well at times.

I really enjoyed playing this even though Im about as far as you can get from being a "gamer." It was fun to have a storyline to follow as you solved the puzzles and hidden objects. I wont keep this in my phone, as it takes a HUGE amount of memory, but Im glad I downloaded to play.

Beware, this game will lock you out from playing once you get to a certain point unless you download their other money grubbing games. Not worth the free admission.

I loved the game. I liked how once you finished you get to see how the kingdom was cursed to begin with. Also sleeping beauty had a part in this. At the end it hints at the next part to come. Cinderella getting out of her coach. The scenes were so beautiful.

Good: looks beautiful with lush scenes filled with detail. Characters voices are better acted than many Big Fish games Ive played. The game itself is lengthy. Hints recharge pretty quickly and the map feature was usually helpful in navigating what can become a confusing amount of scenes. The bad: Like most BF games played on an iphone5, scenes and text are so small, its difficult to see what things are and what youre supposed to do. At certain points, hitting the hint button resulted in it saying "theres nothing to do here," so youre left to wander around until you find a scene that requires something (even the map didnt display areas that required attention). The hidden object scenes started to get more and more frequent (not a big fan of those) and the puzzle games were sparse and very non-intuitive. Additionally, once you hit a certain point in the game, it forces you to download another game in order to continue. Theres no way around it. I think thats pretty shady when running the full, unlocked version of a game.

The game was good. I beat it in a couple hours though. I was hoping for longer game play, and in the bonus chapter at the end after putting the monkey skeleton together it completely shuts down and I cant get the key and I had to reload it and start all over again. Tried several times, with the same result every time. Its very aggravating! Please fix.

I bought this as part of a bundle. On its own I would never have bought it. The story line is all over the map. The map is useless - it isnt even accurate; rooms it says are to the right are really down or up. There is no logic as to the next step. It seems pretty much just thrown together. Plus the HOPs dont register when you tap an item. Its tap, tap, tap; zoom, tap, tap, tap - repeat until it finally works. Dont buy this game.
